How do I ask the doctor a question?
Tap "Ask Our Doctor", fill the short form and attach any reports. We reply on WhatsApp, Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 8 PM IST.
How do I track or get help with my order?
Tap "Track on WhatsApp" and send the message from the number you ordered with. We'll reply with your order status and tracking link.
How does shipping and delivery work?
